SECTION VI: HEALTH INFORMATION

Effects of Overexposure:  
----------Ingestion: Very low single dose and repeated application toxicity LD50 (dogs) greater than 9500 mg/kg
----------Inhalation: No adverse effects known.
----------Skin Absorption: Low in toxicity by single and repeated application.
----------Eye Contact: Essentially no effect
----------Skin Contact: Essentially no effect. Repeated contact may make skin soft and tender.
----------Note to Physician: Systemic: Low in toxicity, injury is unlikely. when propylene was given to rabbits by I V, kidney injury was produced

Chronic exposure: Product may be a skin sensitizer in some individuals.

----------Carcinogenicity: This product is not listed in IARC Monographs, the NTP Fourth Annual Report or the current ACGIH TLV's as a carcinogen or potential carcinogen. It is not regulated by OSHA as a carcinogen.
Emergency First Aid Procedures:  
----------Eye Contact: Flush with water for 15 minutes. Hold eyelids apart to flush of entire eye surface..                                 
----------Skin Contact: May cause irritation. Wash off in flowing water or shower. Launder clothing before reuse.
----------Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Consult medical personnel.
----------Ingestion: Low in toxicity. Induce vomiting only if large amounts are ingested.

Procedures if Material is Spilled or Released: Small spills: Cover with absorbent material, soak up and shovel or sweep into a drum.

Large spills: Dike around spill and pump into suitable containers.

Waste Disposal Procedures Liquids: Reprocess or burn. Dispose of in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Product has been evaluated for RCRA characteristics and does not meet criteria of a hazardous waste if discarded in its purchased form.
